New Exclusive Distributor-Territory Changes
NEW EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR-TERRITORY CHANGES
Manufacturer may at any time enlarge, reduce or otherwise change the territory of distributor by giving months written notice to distributor of the intended change. Any such change of the territory shall not otherwise affect the terms of this agreement, and the change may be made without incurring any liability to distributor.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
